So this is my new favourite, summer-tropical, oatmeal. It is easy, fast and delicious!
All you need is:
1/2 cup of instant oats
hot water (or milk)
Maple syrup (or honey)
Mango and/or pineapple (cut into small pieces)
Banana
1 tablespoon of shredded Coconut
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Add boiling water to oats, stir for 2 minutes, add maple syrup, banana, fruits and top with coconut and chia seeds.
Voilà!
